Partial Completion Refunds
Prorated refunds for courses with less than 25% completion
- Available if less than 25% of course content has been accessed

Technical Issues
Full refund for unresolved technical problems
- Platform accessibility issues preventing course access
- Video or content loading problems not resolved within 48 hours
- Account access issues due to system errors

Course Cancellation
Full refund if we cancel or significantly modify course content
- Immediate full refund if course is cancelled by MethodistEducation
- Refund or course credit if curriculum is substantially changed
- Alternative course options provided when available
- Notification provided at least 7 days before any changes
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Courses completed beyond 25% of total content
- Certificates that have been issued and downloaded
- One-on-one coaching sessions that have been conducted
- Physical materials or resources that have been shipped
- Courses accessed through promotional or discount codes (unless specified)
- Subscription renewals after the initial billing period
